If the future of estate agency were about lowering fees to ‘bucket shop’ levels then the high street agent would very likely have all but disappeared by now and been usurped by the corporate, online giants. Thankfully that is not the case and the realisation that this highly professional service does not readily lend itself to such an approach has prevailed.

Our fees are designed to be both fair and proportionate to the amount of work involved in the high quality of service that we provide. It is extremely unlikely that they will be the cheapest available and you can rest assured they will not be the most expensive either. One thing that we can guarantee is that you will receive a dedicated service that you would find hard to match, let alone beat, in whichever alternative direction you may look.
